Liberty Industries, Inc. warrants any goods which have been manufactured by Liberty Industries for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

Liberty Industries warrants the goods to be free from defective material or workmanship having been supplied or performed by Liberty Industries, provided such goods have been operated under proper load, usage, conditions, and competent supervision.

Any material or workmanship which Liberty Industries’ examination shall disclose to have been defective will be repaired or replaced (at Liberty’s option) f.o.b. Liberty plant. Correction of defects by repair or replacement by Liberty Industries shall be purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy at law or in equity. In no event shall Liberty Industries be liable to Purchaser for special, incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is made to the Original Owner and is limited to the original goods upon which were manufactured or supplied by other and distributed by Liberty Industries Inc.

All goods manufactured or supplied by other and distributed by Liberty Industries carry the benefit of any warranty expressly extended by such manufacturer or supplier to Purchaser. However, Liberty Industries makes no warranty of any kind with respect to such goods, either express or implied, including any IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS. All scrap resulting from the work shall be the property of Liberty Industries, Inc.

This warranty is not valid until the warranty validation certificate form, (which is provided at the time of purchase) is completed by the purchaser and returned to Liberty Industries, Inc.

Liberty Industries does not assign any of its Dealers, Distributors, or Agents the right of warranty in its behalf. If said Dealer, or Distributor in performing service or repair, Returns to our factory on behalf of the purchaser such goods, the Existence, validity or applicability of this warranty regarding such goods remains solely the prerogative of Liberty Industries and not its aforementioned agents.
